HOLLAND (WTHC-AM/FM) — Ottawa County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating the breaking-and-entering incident in Coopersville.
Sheriff’s Sgt. Chris Dill said a deputy on patrol noticed a broken window at Betten Baker Ford dealership, 940 O’Malley Drive in Coopersville, just before 3:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2020
Dill noted that in addition to the Ford dealership’s broken window and other evidence, police also found a broken window and signs of illegal entry at Betten Baker’s Chrysler/Dodge/Ram dealership next door.
Deputies are working with dealership employees this morning to determine what, if anything, was taken from the businesses.
Crime scene technicians are collecting evidence and processing the scene at 5 a.m.
