HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — The Ottawa County Road Commission issued an alert that CSX Railroad will be renovating two railroad grade crossings next week. The details:
The crossing at 76th Avenue, north of Chicago Drive (M-121) in Zeeland Township, will be completely closed off to traffic starting Monday, Aug. 24, 2020. The crossing will be closed for about one week.
Also on Aug. 24, 48th Avenue, north of Chicago Drive (M-121) in Jamestown Township will be completely closed off to traffic at the crossing, and is expected to be closed for one week.
A signed detour for 48th Avenue will follow Chicago Drive (M-121) east to 40th Avenue, then north to Van Buren Street then back west to 48th Avenue.
