HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Michigan West Coast Chamber of Commerce are hosting a year-in-review annual meeting, set for 11-11:45 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18, 2020.
This event is designed to look back over the year and recognize leaders in West Michigan’s business community, as well as look ahead at the programs and opportunities in the year ahead.This year’s Annual Meeting theme is based on Chamber core values: Learn, Innovate & Share: Stronger Together.
Mike Novakoski, EV Construction’s president and CEO — and incoming Chamber board chairman — will be the keynote speaker. He’s a founding partner of Become Unmistakable, and an eight-time recipient of West Michigan’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For award, including six Elite Awards and one at the national level. A member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, Novakoskit holds a degree in construction managementand an MBA.
He’ll focus on insights from local leaders on how the pandemic has led to innovation. Those insights will be the basis for imagining the future of commerce in our area of leaders from across business sectors in our area and will share insights from their experiences and wisdom.
This Chamber Annual Meeting will be streamed live from Engedi Church, in lieu of the traditional luncheon, out of covid safety considerations and group gathering guidelines,
