HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Nov. 14, 2025) – There is a new way to do business with Ottawa County’s 58th District Court.
Beginning on Thursday, all litigants in civil cases heard at the courts in Holland, Hudsonville and Grand Haven are required to file their documents electronically, either through the state’s MiFILE portal, or via kiosks installed at the courthouses. While 20th Circuit Court matters have been handled in this way for a while now, Chief Judge Brad Knoll admits that there will initially be a “trial and error” period for the district court.
