GRAND HAVEN TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Aug. 30, 2024) – Minor injuries were reported after a rollover crash south of Grand Haven on Friday evening.
First responders were dispatched to Comstock Street and 172nd Avenue around 7:35 PM. That was where a westbound SUV, driven by a 68-year-old Holland woman, apparently drove through a red light and was hit by a northbound SUV, driven by a 34-year-old Grand Haven woman, before rolling over and landing on its roof.
The two motorists, along with three passengers in the second vehicle – a 56-year-old Texas woman, a 12-year-old girl and a four-year-old boy – were all taken to undisclosed local hospitals for treatment of their ailments. No names were disclosed as the incident remains under investigation.
