Tenet Healthcare to sell five Birmingham hospitals for $910 million

(Reuters) – Hospital operator Tenet Healthcare said on Monday that it will sell five hospitals with Brookwood Baptist Health in Birmingham to Orlando Health for about $910 million in cash.
