AMSTERDAM (Reuters) – CVC Capital Partners said on Friday it had set the final price for its initial public offering (IPO) at 14 euros ($15.02) per share, at the middle of its announced range. The IPO in Amsterdam, announced this month and likely to be one of Europe’s biggest this year.
