Hope College women’s soccer claims national academic team honor

The 2022 Hope College women’s soccer team has earned the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the fifth consecutive season.

The Flying Dutch, led by head coach Leigh Sears, recorded a 3.54 grade point average for the 2022-23 school year.

It is the 15th time overall that Hope has claimed the distinction.

On the field last season, Hope finished with a 10-5-2 overall record.
