DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Detroit Pistons forward Jerami Grant has been selected as a member of Team USA basketball for the upcoming Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo.
According to The Athletic, Grant will join a roster of current NBA players including former Michigan State University standout Draymond Green and former Pistons forward Khris Middleton.
Team USA has already qualified for the Olympics, which begin July 23.
Team USA will be without James Harden, who had previously committed to play. He will be sitting out with an injured hamstring.
