HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Aug. 7, 2026) – The spotlight on one of Holland’s biggest attractions shines on Saturday.
It’s National Farmers Market Week, held annually by the Farmers Market Coalition and the US Department of Agriculture, to honor local farmers, ranchers, and food makers who provide fresh food while strengthening community economies through direct-to-consumer sales in local food systems.
The Holland Farmers Market will continue a giveaway effort begun last Wednesday, according to Market Manager Barb Kaczmarek.
The winner will be announced next Wednesday. The Holland Farmers Market is open Wednesdays and Saturdays through November, from 9 AM to 2 PM, at the 8th Street Marketplace outside of the Heeringa Holland Civic Center.
