ALLEGAN, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Jan. 24, 2025) – One of the Allegan County Community Foundation’s signature initiatives gets under way on Friday.
The annual Peanut Butter Drive runs through February 28th, as Foundation Executive Director Stephanie Calhoun and her staff look to collect six thousand peanut butter jars to distribute amongst participating Food Pantry Collaborative members.
Last year’s Peanut Butter Drive collected just over 63 hundred jars, as well as raising 25 hundred dollars to bulk purchase more than 16 hundred more jars.
