HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Aug. 27, 2024) – There have been “stuff the bus” and “stuff the police cruiser” events, so why not “stuff the ambulance?”
The first such effort to provide first aid and school supplies for needy families along the Lakeshore is on Tuesday. From 10 AM to 1 PM, in visitor lot 1 of the Holland Hospital campus (602 Michigan Ave.), a LIFE EMS ambulance will be open, with the goal of filling it, according to the hospital’s fund development coordinator Colleen Perdok.
Holland Hospital works with Holland Public Schools through the School Nurse Program, and the stuffed ambulance will deliver all donations to the district’s administrative offices for distribution.
