HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Allegan County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating an animal-abuse incident.
Police were alerted that at 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 6, 2020, near the 400 block of 124th Avenue in Wayland Township, witnesses spotted “five or six” Chihuahua dogs being tossed from a silver Honda Odyssey’s passenger window.
Only one survived, and has been named Lucky Lu Lu. The suspects are described as a white female passenger in her 20s or 30s, very skinny, with blonde hair and missing teeth; and a white male, who had been driving, described as in his 20 or 30s, very skinny, with longer, dark curly hair and missing teeth.
