The Grand Rapids Symphony is doing what it can to help out furloughed federal employees.
The symphony is offering two free tickets to federal workers who are experiencing the effects of the current government shutdown.
The only show this offer is not good for is the Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire performance, which is sold out.
The tickets are available for any federal worker in west Michigan until 30 days after the partial government shutdown ends. Federal workers will need to show proof of their job to qualify.
To claim these tickets, call the Grand Rapids Symphony at 616.454.9451 or go to their website.
