Frances was born in Weslaco, Texas to Candelario and Lydia Trevino in 1939. She accepted her Lord and Savior at a very young age. She would often disciple individuals while sharing how blessed she was by the Lord, through good and even challenging times in life. She learned a great work ethic from her parents. Heaven has gained another angel that served the Lord and others while creating a bright light in this world! She will never be forgotten, for she touched many lives and was loved by many!
