Frances Cuellar

By Patty Vandenberg Apr 27, 2022 | 12:40 PM
Frances Cuellar, 82 passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. She peacefully entered her heavenly home and is in the presence of her Lord and Savior.

Frances was born in Weslaco, Texas to Candelario and Lydia Trevino in 1939. She accepted her Lord and Savior at a very young age. She would often disciple individuals while sharing how blessed she was by the Lord, through good and even challenging times in life. She learned a great work ethic from her parents. She worked retail in Texas, then arriving in Holland, MI in 1968 she worked at Baker Furniture, Bradford Paper Company, H.J. Heinz for 15 years. She worked a job as a Medical Assistant/Interpreter that she had such a passion for at Intercare Community Health Clinic. She worked for 25 years, bringing her to retire from full-time at age 74. She had come to be known with her long-lasting patient relationships as “Grandma”. A prayer warrior for them and their families. Heaven has gained another angel that served the Lord and others while creating a bright light in this world! She will never be forgotten, for she touched many lives and was loved by many!

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose’ Benigno Cuellar in 2013, her brother-in-law Benecio and Loretta Cuellar, her sister-in-law, and Maria Elena Cuellar, sister-in-law.

She is survived by her children, Joe and Julie Cuellar, Noel and Janet Cuellar, Cindy and Lon Aguilar; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sister, Irma Rodriquez; brother, Candelario Trevino Jr.; several nieces and nephews and Goddaughter, Cynthia Karina Bedolla.

Family and friends are invited to leave a message of condolences online.

Burial of cremation to take place in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.
