WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Organization of American States (OAS) said on Thursday it adopted a resolution suspending Russia as a permanent observer to the inter-governmental institution over Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine.
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken welcomed the suspension.
