HOLLAND (WHTC) — Park Township resident Gabriel Eduardo Gutierrez, 20, has been arraigned on charges related to a drive-by shooting which sent bullets into a Holland Township mobile home Tuesday.
Ottawa County Sheriff’s Capt. Mark Bennett said he was arraigned Thursday on four felonies: two counts of discharging a firearm at a building; one count of firing a weapon from a moving vehicle; and one count of possession of a firearm during a felony.
Additional changes may be leveled at others involved in this incident, Bennett said.
Gutierrez remains in Ottawa County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond. The incident remains under investigation.
Police were called to the Leisure Estates mobile home park in Holland Township, Tuesday. When the shooting started three adults and a 3-month-old infant were inside the home. No one was hurt.
Bennett told The Holland Sentinel that the suspects and homeowner knew one another and that more than one involved in the incident has previous gang involvement.
