HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Holland’s annual 2016 Live Mannequin Night will bring hundreds to downtown Holland Friday night, September 16, hoping to spot a live mannequin.
This year there is no specific theme and over 25 different Holland businesses will participate.
The downtown sidewalks are lined with people hoping one of the live mannequin’s might flinch or blink as the live mannequins pose in windows and storefronts.
Executive Director of the Holland Area Visitors Bureau Sally Laukitis says they are participating and will be dressed up as tourists. The Bureau is located at 78 East 8th Street in downtown Holland.
Other businesses participating include Carolyn stitch Studios, Alpen Rose Restaurant, Peachwave Yogurt and more.
The event takes place from 7-8:30 p.m. Bring your umbrella as rain is in the forecast this evening.
