Allegan Co. Leaders Discuss “Lean” Program

ALLEGAN, MI (WHTC) – Allegan County Commissioners are huddling with Administrator Rob Sarro and other county staffers today for a special retreat at the county’s Dumont Lake offices. They are going over a “Lean” program which has been successful at Holland-based furniture maker Haworth that would lead to a more efficient, more respondent county government.
