MARSHALL, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The building that housed the last Kmart store in Michigan until it closed in November 2021 has a new owner.
B. Riley Real Estate has purchased the building in Marshall, noting the store had been a “strong retail performer.”
The company says it will work with the city of Marshall to redevelop the property with several retailers, but none have been named yet.
