GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC) – The city of Grand Haven hosts two public meetings on Wednesday involving renovating its Waterfront Stadium. A morning session at 11:30 AM is geared toward those businesses and groups with a direct or indirect stake in the facility, while a “community engagement” is at 6 PM. According to city officials, the two meetings are to gather ideas and public input about the space currently occupied by the 50-year-old structure, with the idea of having a concrete proposal to put before Grand Haven City Council members by the end of the year. A renovation could cost up to four million dollars.
