GEORGETOWN TWP., MI (WHTC) – A two-vehicle crash north of Jenison hospitalized two women late on Friday morning. Deputies say that the vehicle of 18-year-old Justin Kent of Grandville, trying to turn left from Fillmore Street to 24th Avenue, turned into the path of the vehicle of 68-year-old Carol Lenger of Wyoming. The collision caused Kent’s vehicle to flip onto its side, pinning him and his passenger, 17-year-old Shayna Krupp of Grandville. Krupp and Lenger were taken to Spectrum-Butterworth Hospital in stable condition; Kent was not hurt. All involved were buckled up as the crash remains under investigation.
