NEW ORLEANS, LA (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Pistons losing streak is now at 11 games after they lost in New Orleans on Friday night 109-93. Detroit led 55-54 at halftime but the Pelicans used a 29-12 third quarter to turn the game in their favor. New Orleans also enjoyed a 60-38 edge in rebounding.
Brandon Ingram scored a game-high 26 points for the Pelicans. Trey Lyles led Detroit with 18 points while Cade Cunningham added 16 points for the Pistons who are now 4-21.
Detroit will host the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday night.
