HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Holland police detectives investigating the March 11, 2021, smash-and-grab robbery at the Bullet Hole Firearms and Training, 15 Waverly Avenue, say they’ve recovered five of the 20 stolen guns.
Holland Police Capt. Robert Buursma, in an email to media on Friday, March 26, 2021, said two separate search warrants led to the recovery of two firearms stolen. Two people were arrested on unrelated charges. Police recovered a firearm reported stolen out of Kent County.
Three stolen firearms were recovered the day after the burglary, he wrote, two during the search warrants. The sixth weapon recovered, he said, had ended up in Mecosta County.
Holland detectives continue to work with ATF officials as well as several other local West Michigan police agencies.
