Philip Calvin Blackburn, age 80, of Holland passed away on January 23, 2021. He was born on August 10, 1940 to Duese and Verna (Arnold) Blackburn in Sarasota, Florida. He served in the Army from October 1963 to September 1965 when he was honorably discharged. Phil excelled and worked as an ASE Master Technician for the city Venice. On November 24, 1970 he married Donna Van Oort. Together they built a wonderful life raising their children, foster children, and traveling North America. Phil is survived by loving wife Donna, son Todd (Amy) Blackburn of Hubertus, WI and daughter Shelli (Tom) Ewing of Maybee, MI. Loving grandchild Andrew (Nicole) Blackburn, Victoria (Charles) Harper, and Vanessa Ewing. Cherished great grandchildren Rosabelle, Aurora, and Christian. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Lakeshore Memorial from 5pm-8pm. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Alzheimer’s Association.
