Allen White passed away peacefully in his home Thursday January 14, 2021. He was the son of Floyd and Anna White, born in Ann Arbor, Michigan on March 1, 1931. He moved to Holland in 1968 where he has resided the past 53 years. Allen worked in manufacturing his entire working career. He retired from Fuel Systems Textron (Woodward) after 21 years. After retirement, he was a Docent for the Holland Museum where he enjoyed repairing and restoring many artifacts for them. He and Janice enjoyed camping and driving for the Crown dealership. Allen was very mechanically inclined. He enjoyed working in his shed fixing things for himself and others. He is a member of Peace Lutheran Church and Holland Elks Club. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 62 years Janice, his daughter Susan, and great grandson Andrew Curtis. He is survived by his children Carol and Michael Victor of Zeeland, Edward White and Tracy Wang of Bee Cave ,Texas. George and Becki White of Holland, son in law Curtis Weatherbee of Hamilton, his brother Theodore White of Holly, and sister Judy and Gordon Olson of Holly. He has 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A private service will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 11:00am.
