Hamilton to Join ACCF Financial Initiative for Youth

HAMILTON, MI (WHTC, Oct. 28, 2026) – An effort to financially educate Lakeshore youngsters is expanding.

At the first of the year, the Allegan County Community Foundation will be expanding its My Future Fund children’s savings account program to kindergarten students in Hamilton Community Schools. Foundation President/CEO Stephanie Calhoun says that it’s the sixth such district in the county to opt in on this initiative.

In addition to the My Future Fund program, the ACCF will be establishing five dedicated funds to help support the entire Hamilton district.
