Cleveland swept a pair of games from the visiting Detroit Tigers yesterday. Brayan Rocchio’s solo homer in the bottom of the ninth inning won the opener for the Guardians, 7-6. Travis Bazzana’s 10th-inning single plated Rocchio with the winning run in the nightcap, 4-3.
