SAUGATUCK, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Aug. 24, 2026) – The look of a Lakeshore community could be changing soon.
During Monday evening’s business meeting, the Saugatuck City Council will be asked to approve a recommended brand direction and logo, as presented during last Wednesday’s council workshop by retained consultant Concept A Creative Studio. This would include new signage, as well as a website overhaul.
Such a refreshing of the municipal image was long overdue, according to Councilwoman Lauren Stanton, who was a member of a Branding Advisory Committee that has involved in the matter since being formed last December.
The 6:30 PM Saugatuck City Council business session is in the second floor meeting room of Saugatuck City Hall (102 Butler St.). An online link to the agenda and supporting documents is here.
