HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Aug. 17, 2026) – A current exhibit and a future exhibit at the Holland Museum is getting a financial boost from Washington.
The museum has received a $19,000 grant from the National Endowment for the Arts to help fund the ongoing Blue & White Invitational display of Dutch Delftware, and the upcoming Anishinaabe Artists of the Great Lakes show that opens in November. Both projects are part of the America 250 initiative.
According to Museum Executive Director Michelle Stempien, it’s the first time the NEA has awarded a grant to her organization.
Both the Delftware and Anishinaabe programs are, or will be, displayed at the Holland Area Arts Council building (150 E. 8th St.).
