GRAND HAVEN TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Aug. 8, 2026) – A 73-year-old Holland man was critically injured following a motorcycle-versus-pickup crash south of Grand Haven on Saturday morning.
No names were disclosed by the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office, as first responders were dispatched to the area of US-31 and 152nd Avenue just before 11 AM. That was where the man was forced to lay his machine down when the truck pulling a trailer pulled out in front of him, causing him to slid into the side of the pickup.
The biker was taken to an unnamed “area hospital” for treatment, while a 46-year-old West Olive man, driving the pickup, was not hurt.
The incident remains under investigation.
