HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Jul. 19, 2026) – Summer is a time for fun, and what’s more fun for many people in this season than an Ice Cream Social?
On Sunday, the Holland Museum will open up its Cappon House (228 W. 9th St.) for an Old Fashioned Ice Cream Social. The long-time residence of the Cappon Family will be free for the public to visit and celebrate the nation’s 250th birthday, according to Museum Executive Director Michelle Stempien.
Donations to the Museum are encouraged during this 12:30-3:30 PM event, and an online link for more information on the “We the People” America 250-related exhibits and activities is here.
