SAUGATUCK, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Feb. 4, 2026) – Although no final decisions will be made, some important issues are slated for discussion during Wednesday’s Saugatuck City Council workshop.
Highlighting the agenda are proposed amendments to the city’s Short Term Rental Ordinance, dealing with changes for the fixed license renewal date, the application window, one-time amnesty for license holders, including the amnesty application period and fee, and discretion in enforcing the ordinance. In addition, the governing panel will go over proposals for the refreshing of the city’s logo and branding, and review municipal goals and priorities for Fiscal 2027. These matters could be decided during the next business meeting, slated for this coming Monday, February 9th.
The 4 PM Saugatuck City Council’s workshop is in the second floor meeting room of Saugatuck City Hall (102 Butler St.). An online link to the agenda and supporting documents is here.
