Jerry Lee Shoup, age 79, of Holland, Michigan passed away on Monday, July 28, 2025, at Holland Hospital.
Jerry was an active member in the Holland community managing the Holland Heinz factory, organizing the Kollen Park Heinz Waterfront walkway, acting on the board of directors at the Holland Museum, and authoring a book. He was a Vietnam veteran serving in the Army.
He is survived by his loving wife Kathy Shoup and children: Stephen (Dorrie) Shoup, Ryan (Suzie) Shoup, and Gregory Shoup; grandchildren: Mason, Jillian, Matthew, and Michelle; nephews, nieces, cousins; and his dog Bo.
A celebration of Jerry’s life will be from 2:00 – 5:00 pm, Saturday, August 30, 2025, gathering at the home at 1663 Southshore Drive in Holland. Arrangements are by Dykstra Funeral Homes-Downtown Chapel.
A private burial will take place in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
