PARK TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM, July 24, 2024) – The second half of the six-day 2024 Ottawa County Fair is on Thursday.
It’s a day to honor those who are serving this country in the military services or in first response through police or fire protection, with free admission for those in uniform or with appropriate ID. The 4-H Dog Show is the main morning event, with the Elliott Amusements midway opening up at 2 PM. There will be free pie from Russ’ Restaurants and ice cream from Dairy Dayz for the military and first responders, and the 4-H auction takes place at 4 PM. Blood and Shambles performs in the Community Tent, and the evening feature in the Grandstand is the SJO Motorcross.
