HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, July 23, 2024) – It’s update Wednesday for the Holland City Council.
During the 6 PM study session, the members of the Tulip City’s governing panel are expected to get an annual report from the business promotion group Lakeshore Advantage, along with presentations and reports from Herrick District Library and the West Michigan Regional Airport Authority.
The city of Holland contributes nearly two million dollars annually to the Library, while councilmen Quincy Byrd and Scott Corbin are on the Airport Authority’s board, with an annual city contribution of around $130,000.
No business will be conducted during the Holland City Council’s training session, which is in the Second Floor Training Center at Holland City Hall (270 S. River Ave.). The public is welcome to attend, with a comment period ahead of the separate updates.
