ALLEGAN, MI (WHTC-AM, Apr. 30, 2024) – It’s that time of year again for the Allegan County Community Foundation.
The Allegan County Food Pantry Collaborative, a consortium created by the Foundation of over 20 food pantries throughout the county that serve around five thousand residents monthly, will conduct its annual Cereal Drive throughout the month of May, looking for donations of cereal and cash.
Foundation President and CEO Stephanie Calhoun explained the purpose of this effort.
There is a twist in how the cereal is collected.
A kickoff breakfast is set for Wednesday, from 8 AM to 10 AM, at the ACCF’s offices (112 Locust St., Allegan). A link to a list of those drop off sites for the Allegan County Cereal Drive, as well as how to donate financially, is here.
