Patricia Mae Bremer, 66, of Zeeland, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2024.
Pat was born August 23, 1957, in Greenville, Michigan, to James and Marian (Horton) Cooper. She graduated from Greenville High School and started her working career at the original Meijer store. Pat met a young U.S. Marine from Hudsonville and she married Randy Bremer August 25, 1984. Pat and Randy raised their three children in Zeeland and are members of First Reformed Church of Zeeland. In addition to raising her children Pat worked for Family Fare and Zeeland Hospital for many years. She was preceded in death by her father James Cooper, and her brother-in-law David Bremer.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Randy, their children: Jolene (Mitch) Tubergan, Jason Bremer, Jessica (Peter) Seang; nine grandchildren: Noah, Maelynn, Simon, Miles, Eila, Georgia, Mateo, Karlee, Kynlee; her mother Marian Cooper, siblings: Diane (Doug) Syrek, Don (Cheryl) Cooper, Dan Cooper, Jack Cooper; in-laws: Rick (Judy) Bremer, Marie Bremer, Karen (Mel) Ouelette, Nancy (Marc) Feole, Mary (Craig) Hayward, and many extended family members.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, on Friday, April 26, 2024, at First Reformed Church of Zeeland, 125 East Lincoln Ave., Zeeland MI 49464. A visitation will be held from 5-8 pm, on Thursday, April 25, at the Yntema Funeral Home, 251 S. State Street, Zeeland MI 49464. Memorial contributions may be made to First Reformed Church.
