ALLEGAN, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Mar. 18, 2024) – The Allegan County Community Foundation is hoping to celebrate its 59th anniversary in grand style.
On Tuesday, the second annual Allegan County Gives event aims to raise money for the foundation, as well as inspiring volunteerism. From 11 AM to 2 PM at The Silo in Allegan (1071 32nd St.), over 30 organizations will be on hand to meet with community members about opportunities to contribute. During the 24 hours on Tuesday, up to $15,000 contributed to any ACCF Fund through the foundation’s web site will be matched. In last year’s inaugural event, 19 non-profit agencies received nearly $23,000 to help foster long-term financial stability.
