Theodore “Ted” Benson, age 69, of Hamilton, passed away Monday, March 11, 2024 at his home, following a one year battle with cancer.
Ted was a gifted handyman always looking to help people in need. He loved his family and friends, and his Lord most of all. Ted was also a proud military retiree having served his country in the US Army for 21 honorable years. He attended First Assembly of God Church in Holland.
Ted was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Evelyn Benson; brother, Robert Benson; and father-in-law, Charles Wood.

A celebration of life is planned for 1:00 PM Saturday, March 16, at First Assembly of God Church, 1331 E 16th St., Holland with Pastor Mike Houser officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Hamilton. Visitation is planned for 5:00-7:00 PM Friday, March 15 at Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E 16th St., Holland.
