ZEELAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Oct. 6, 2023) – One of Zeeland’s signature events gets underway on Friday.
The annual Pumpkinfest has evolved from a fundraiser for the Zeeland High Band in 1985 to a overall celebration of the season. The theme from organizer Zeeland Festivals is “Out of the This World,” highlighted by Saturday afternoon’s 3 PM parade through the downtown district, according to Mayor Kevin Klynstra.
