Dennis was a lifelong resident of the Holland area. He graduated from West Ottawa High School, and was a member of Victory Point Church.
He worked as a mechanic for many years, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He will be greatly missed by his family and many close friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Allen Slagh; brother Randy Slagh; and his wife Lola Slagh.
Dennis is survived by his mother Arlene Slagh; sister Jan (Bruce) Wind; brother Gary Slagh; close friends Mitch Glass, John Newhouse, Nacho Robles, Jack Wainer, Vern (Renee) Brouwer, Dwight DeVries, and many other family and friends.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday, October 6, 2023 at Victory Point Church, 11530 Ransom St., Holland, with Pastor Matt Yount officiating.
Burial will be in East Saugatuck Cemetery.
Visitation will be just prior to the service at the church.
