Janice “Jan” L. Rosales, age 67 of Holland, passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at Zeeland Hospital.
Jan was born in Holland January 22, 1956 to Jerold Sr. and Joan (VandenBrink) Strabbing.
She was a lifelong resident of the Holland Area, graduating from Holland High School. Following high school, Jan attended Ferris St. and Central Michigan University for a few years, eventually back to Holland and working for Life Savers and Magna Donnelly for the rest of her career.
She was preceded in death by her father Jerold Strabbing Sr., and a brother and sister-in-law John and Lelah Strabbing.
Jan is survived by her husband Demetrio “Bob” Rosales; her mother Joan Strabbing; siblings Joy Strabbing, Jack (Helen) Strabbing, and Jerold Jr. (Patty) Strabbing; in laws Joe Rosales, Jerry Rosales, Dan Rosales, Sally Sherbin; her step children and grandchildren; many aunts, an uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
A memorial service to celebrate Jan’s life will be 1:00pm Monday, September 11, 2023, in the Chapel at Christ Memorial Church, 595 Graafschap Rd., Holland. (Please use entrance D and E).
