Chamber President Remains Optimistic of Business Perception in Wake of Ottawa Co. Board Changes

HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Apr. 6, 2023) – What impact has Ottawa Impact had on business?

Supporters of the political action group, which sparked a wholesale change in the makeup of the Ottawa County Board of Commissioners at the ballot box last November, claim that the new panel, led by group co-founders Joe Moss and Sylvia Rhodea, have reestablished traditional values. However, others say that their actions since taking office on January 3rd have been discouraging to those seeking a welcoming community to live and work.

Jodi Owczarski is the President and CEO of the Michigan West Coast Chamber of Commerce.
