Joel W. Czerkies, age 83, of Douglas, unexpectedly passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at his home.
Prior to his retirement in 2002, Joel was co-owner of Bremer & Bouman Heating and Cooling Company. Joel loved many outdoor sports but was especially fond of fishing, boating, and golf. He was a member of Central Wesleyan Church.
Visitation is scheduled for 5:00-7:00 pm Tuesday, March 28 at Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E 16th St., Holland. Private funeral and interment services are planned. Memorial contributions may be made to Escape Ministries. Condolences may be left online at www.langelandsterenberg.com.
