HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Mar. 22, 2023) – A 61-year-old Holland man has lost his life in the wake of a single-vehicle crash during the overnight hours on Wednesday.
According to Holland Department of Public Safety Captain of Administrative Services Bob Buursma, Henry Bosscher apparently suffered a medical event while driving in the area of East 26th Street and Columbia Avenue around 12:30 AM. He lost control of his sedan, and it collided with a tree located in the front yard of a residence. Although first responders attempted to revive Mr. Bosscher, he was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Ottawa County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Investigators initially believed that the vehicle had veered to the left and drove across several front yards before the crash as a probe into the matter continues.
