Judy Smith, age 80, of Bentheim, went to be with her Heavenly Father on February 3, 2023.
Judy was born in Holland MI on April 27, 1942, to Bernard and Marie Stygstra (Hill). Judy was preceded in death by her mother Marie, father Bernard, brother Jerry, mother-in-law Wilma, daughter-in-law Karin, and son-in-law Todd.
Judy is survived by her husband of 62 years, Roger Smith; Children; Duane (Sharon) Smith, Dan (Heidi) Smith, Rick (Andra) Smith, and Ruth Dilka; 14 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Nancy McKinstry along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Judy lived out her personal relationship with Jesus Christ by serving HIM through; Good News Club, 4H, Youth Leadership, Son-Life Camp, and Eaglecrest Alaska Missions. She also took part in multiple mission outreaches in Kentucky, Alaska, Guatemala, and Oklahoma.
Visitation will be held at Yntema Funeral Home in Zeeland on February 12 between 2:00 PM-5:00 PM and a Celebration of Life will be held at Bentheim Church, 3997 38th St, Hamilton, MI on February 13 at 11:00 AM, with a one-hour visitation prior to the Celebration service, and a time of Fellowship, with lunch provided, after the Celebration Service.
