HOLLAND, MI (WHTC AM/FM) – A 66-year-old Holland suffered serious injuries after apparently pulling his vehicle into the path of a semi-tractor trailer Monday morning at the intersection of New Holland Street and 112th Avenue.
The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office says the man from Holland was traveling northbound on 112th Avenue, stopped at the intersection at a stop sign at New Holland Street, then proceeded into the intersection and the path of the westbound semi pulling doubles.
The semi driver is a 47-year-old man from Muskegon.
Michigan State Police conducted an inspection on scene. Investigation continues by the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office.
