Beverly Iris Vander Yacht, age 87, of Holland passed away Friday, July 8, 2022.

Beverly was larger than life and every day was an adventure. Her passions were tennis, golf, and cards. She loved working on puzzles and making fabulous dinners for her family. After her retirement from West Ottawa Transportation, she and Wayne enjoyed their winters in FL

Beverly is survived by: her daughter, Jane; son, Eric; grandchildren, Amy (David) Brasser, Cory (Holly) Vander Yacht, Jared (Nicole) Duquette, and Jillian (Matthew) Kirouac; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Delores Wingard; sisters in law, Robin Moomey and Maryann Langston; nieces and nephews.

Beverly was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Wayne, on March 20, 2022; her parents, Albert and Elizabeth Moomey; sister and brother-in-law Jacqueline and Frank Wierenga, and brother James Moomey.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, July 29, 2022, from 5-7 pm at Lake Shore Memorial, 11939 James Street.
